The Black Panther Party(for self-defense) was created by Bobby Seal and Huey P. Newton in Oakland, California in 1966 to combat police brutality and systemic oppression against black people within the United States. The Free Breakfast for School Children Program was a community service program run by the Black Panther Party as an early manifestation of the social mission envisioned by founders Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale along with their founding of the Oakland Community School, which provided high-level education to 150 children from impoverished urban neighborhoods. We pay homage to the Panther's with this vintage limited edition People's Free Food Program Hoodie.
The revolution will not be televised! But we will utilize the profits from these hoodies to support free food programs in NYC and throughout the United States.
